DPR Berupaya untuk Melakukan Revisi UU ASN, Agar 430.000 Honorer K2 Bisa Diangkat Jadi PNS

Anggota Komisi II DPR Fraksi PDI Perjuangan, Hugua meminta pemerintah agar serius dalam menangani masalah tenaga honorer kategori 2 (K2) yang sudah lulus pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).

hal itu menyangkut 51 ribu tenaga honorer K2 yang sudah lolos seleksi rekrutmen PPPK pada Februari 2019.

jelas Hugua, penerbitan nomor induk pegawai (NIP) tersebut diulur karena keadaan tenaga honorer K2 sudah yang menua, selama pengabdian mereka pada negara.

Hugua mengatakan DPR berupaya merevisi Undang-Undang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) untuk menyelesaikan 430.000 lebih tenaga honorer K2 seluruh Indonesia menjadi PNS, maka dengan diangkatnya mereka melalui PPPK adalah salah satu solusi penting yang harus cepat tercapai.

"Dan andaikata pemerintah merencanakan sebanyak 51.000 setiap tahun, maka dalam waktu 5 tahun     semua tenaga honorer K2 sudah selesai terangkat di seluruh Indonesia dan ini menjadi beban APBD propinsi, kabupaten/kota.

Jadi nantinya pemerintah pusat tidak sendirian, tapi dipikul bersama - sama dengan pemda sehingga menjadi ringan dan kebutuhan tenaga guru, tenaga kesehatan, penyuluh pertanian dan tenaga administrasi dapat terpenuhi di daerah," ujarnya.

Dalam rapat, Hugua mempertanyakan status tenaga honorer K2 kepada Menteri Tjahjo dan Kepala BKN Bima Haria Wibisana.

Menteri Tjahjo Kumolo dan Kepala BKN Bima Haria Wibisana menjawab pertanyaan Hugua mengatakan bahwa terkait PPPK tinggal, menunggu adanya perpres penggajian yang sedang pada tahap, hormonisasi di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.

Begitu Pepres tersebut diterbitkan, maka pihak Kementerian PAN dan RB dan BKN akan menerbitkan NIP yang mana,  selanjutnya mereka akan menerima gaji dan rapelannya sesuai aturan yang ada.

Hugua kembali menegaskan bahwa dalam proses harmanisasi itu jangan memakan waktu lama, karena calon pegawai PPPK ini adalah salah satu yang paling terpapar oleh Covid-19 ini.

"Mereka adalah yang paling terpapar Covid 19," ucap mantan Bupati Wakatobi ini.

Penegasan Hugua mengenai isu tenaga honorer K2 dan PPPK didukung, oleh Anggota Dewan Komisi II DPR lainnya yaitu Guspardi Gaus, Johan Budi, Endro S Yahman, Wahyu Sanjaya dan Wakil Pimpinan Komisi II DPR RI Arwani, yang juga menyampaikan keperihatinan mereka terhadap kondisi dan keadaan ketidakjelasan tenaga honorer K2.
