"Permasalahan uang honor dan uang jaga yang tidak sesuai dengan apa yang tertera di SK tenaga honorer kesehatan RS Butur dengan belanja jasa tenaga kontrak pelayanan kesehatan dan juga ditiadakanya uang jaga pelayanan dipenganggaran DPA RSUD Butur," ungkapnya. dikutip dari kumparan.com
Tak hanya itu, menurutnya masih ada beberapa permasalahan yang hingga saat ini tidak adanya kejelasan seperti pembayaran BPJS.
"BPJS kami yang dari 2019 sampai saat ini 2020 belum dibayarkan sama sekali, uang rujukan jikalau ada pasien yang dirujuk keluar daerah, dan jasa umum. Kami sudah sering menanyakan kepada pihak manajemen tetapi kami selalu dijanji-janji dan sampai saat ini juga belum ada yang terealisasikan," tangkasnya.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Ahmad Afif Darvin mengatakan setelah Mendengar tuntutan dan pernyataan sikap dari tenaga honorer (P3K) RSUD, akan menjamin semua permasalahan ini agar secepatnya terselesaikan.
"Bayarkan saja sesuai yang ada dalam DPA tidak perlu berbelit-belit, karena tuntutan mereka ini bukan tuntutan yang berlebihan hanya menuntut hak haknya. Dan kami akan kawal permasalahan ini sampai selesai minimal hari senin sudah ada permasalahan yang diselesaikan, paling lambat 1 minggu," pungkasnya.
Ahmad Afif Darvin selaku Wakil Ketua DPRD itupun berpesan kepada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) dan tenaga honorer untuk tidak melakukan aksi mogok kerja.
"Saya berharap kepada Pemda untuk kedepanya hal-hal seperti ini harus diatur baik-baik apalagi keluhan tenaga honorer, karena mereka ini tidak bisa kita lihat sebelah mata dan mereka harus kita sejahterakan. Dan untuk tenaga honorer jangan ada yang mogok karena kalau itu terjadi yang rugi adalah keluarga dan masyarakat Butur," Tegasnya.
